2023 - Leaf Game (Collaborative Project)

Collaborated as part of a team to develop Leaf, a mid-casual mobile platformer built with Unity. In this project, players control a piece of paper attempting to escape from an office environment and return to nature.

I mostly contributed character movement design and implementation which consists of three distinct transformation mechanics:

A rolling paper ball for ground movement:

A paper boat for navigating through liquids:

A paper plane for gliding in the air:

Additionally, The game includes challenging environmental hazards such as fans, electric shocks, rotating scissors, and shredders that introduce strategic obstacles and increase player engagement. The project involved developing ten complete levels, each with unique challenges and transitions between different movement modes. This experience strengthened my skills in modular gameplay design, physics interactions, and collaborative game development workflows.
